Recd. 1 a.m. London, Sept. 25. The New Zealand delegate to the U.N.N.R.A. Conference, Mr. C. A Berendsen, stressed the importance U.N.R.R.A.’s success as a first step in international collaboration, and also asked for a decentralisation set-up in the Central and South Pacific.
