FURTHER CASES DEALT WITH IN WANGANUI Further petitions for divorce dealt with by Mr. Justice Blair at the session of the Supreme Court, Wanganui, which opened last week, included the following:— Archibald James La Veil (Mr. C. H. Clinkard), petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Lottie Maire La Veil on grounds of desertion. —A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Phyllis Marguerite Swaine (Mr. J. S. D. Tizard),-petitioned for a divorce from Reginald Hewitt Swaine on grounds of separation.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months, interim custody of the child being granted petitioner. Edward Oliver (Mr. Tizard) petitioned for a divorce from Kathleen Oliver on grounds of separation.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Kenneth Scott Glendenning (Mr. C. S. Brown) v. Eunice Loeta Glendfnning, motion for decree absolute. —A decree absolute was granted.
