Racing dates of interest in the Wanganui district approved at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Racing Conference were as follow: 5 Wanganui Jockey Club.—September 9 and 16; June 2 or 4. Waverley Racing Club. —October 23. Egmont-Wanganui and Taranaki Hunt Clubs (at Hawera). —August 26. Marton Jockey Club.—December 30 and January 1 (in conjunction with Ashhurst-Pohangina Racing Clsb. Rangitikei Racing Club.—December 2. Rangitikei and Manawatu Hunt Clubs (at Awapuni).—July 28. Feilding Jockey Club.—March 31 and April 2. Manawatu Racing Club. —December 23 and 26; June 16. Foxton Racing Club.—September 23. Egmont Racing Club.—March 3 and May 12. Stratford Racing Club.—January 1 and 2. Taranaki Jockey Club.—December 26 and March 10.
