SITTING COUNCILLORS RETURNED NEW BLOOD ADDED. In the Borough of Marton four sitting councillors, Messrs. J. R. Howard, K. H. Fowler, K. A. Williams and W. J. Mogridge, were re-elected. Because of the retirement of a number of councillors some new bloQd has been infused into borough administration with the election of four new members of the council.
