(p.A.) Wellington. May 24. The annual meeting ot the board which administers the .1. R. McKenzie £lOO,OOO trust I'cr charitable and educational purposes throughout the Dominion was recently held in Wellington.

The chairman. Mr. J. S. Barton, C.M.G., announced in presenting his report, that since the inception of the trust in 1940 a total of approximately £15,000 had been disbursed. Allocations this year total £4700. The principal amounts are: £6OO to the Advisory Board of Federation of Health Camps; £5OO each to the New Zealand U.S.A. and Red Cross Society; £l3OO to ihp Society for the Health of Women and Children, includfcg £3OO amounts for Maori Plunket nurses. Various organisations benefit by amounts from £l5O down to £2O, particularly for work in child welfare, city missions and residential*, etc.
