Wellington, Francis Nicholas Davey, labourer, 19, and Richard Girvan Hogg, labourer, 18, were sentenced to three years’ Borstal detention for unlawful convesion of a motor-car and breaking into a garage and stealing petrol valued at fl 3s 6d.
