ANGLO-AMERICAN AND SOVIET PLANS Recd 12.10 p.m. New York. Feb. 11. The Anglo-French-Soviet. Teheran conference agreed in principle, to a programme for the develonment of vast oil resources in the Middle'East and the sale and distribution of petroleum products in post-war world markets, says the New York Times. Details of the scheme will be worked out in Washington in a series of conferences between the three Powers. Present plans indicate that postwar markets in Europe, Asia and Africa will be supplied almost entirely from Russian and. Middle East fields, while oil from the United States and Caribbean areas will be used exclusively for the Western Hemisphere.
