OBITUARY

ADIS. MARY SIEBERT. The death occurred on Saturday night of Mrs. Mary Siebert, widow ol the late Hermann Siebert. Born in Scotland, she came to New Zealand in the ship Lord Ashley in 1857. She was married in 1869 and settled at Graham’s Beach, where, her husband was farming. They went to Onehunga 54 years ago, where Mr. Siebert was employed as pilot. They celebrated their diamond wedding in July, 1929. Mrs. Siebert has two sisteiis still alive, and she Is also survived by ten children, 28 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
