MOSLEY’S RETURN TO GAOL

DESIRED BY VILLAGERS Recd. 6 p.m. London, Jan. 4 Residents in a Cotswolds village, Shipton-under-Wyc'hwood, have signed a petition calling for the removal ox Mosley and his return to gaol. Mosley has been living in an hotel there since his release. The village has a population of 700. The petition, signed by 120, says: “We don't want him here.” It will be forwarded to the local member of Parliament. The petition is also being signed in some of the neighbouring villages. Copies of both petitions are being sent to Mr. Winston Churchill and Mr. Herbert Morrison.
