CONSPIRACY CHARGES
THIRTY INDICTED IN U.S. Re d. 9 p.m. Washington, Jan. 3. A Federal grand jury indicted 28 men and two women charged with conspiracy to aid the establishment of a National Socialist Government in the United States. The indictment alleged that the 30 defendants conspired with officials of the German Government and leaders of the Nazi Party in the United States, also in Germany and elsewhere, to commit acts with intent to interfere with and impair lhe loyalty. moral? and discipline of the military and naval force*
