LEAVE AGAIN EXTENDED (P.A.) Wellington, Nov. 25. An announcement that the leave of those members of the furlough draft who are to return overseas had been extended until further notice was made this evening by the Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones. The men concerned, said the Minister, “will receive In due course notices Jrom their area officers calling them up for de patch to camp, and till they are required to report they will continue on leave on full pay.” The Minister stated that the extension of leave did not include the extension of the free railway pass, which therefore would expire on Saturday, November 27.
