NEW ZEALAND SURVIVOR
Recd. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 16. The British Admiralty announces the loss of the mine-sweeper Cromarty and the trawler Orfesy. The captain of the minesweeper, Lieut.-Com-mander C. G. Palmer, D.S.C., of the R.N.Z.N.V.R., is among the survivors. Recd. 7 p.m. London, Nov. 15. The Ministry of War Transport list of deaths of personnel in the merchant navy and fishing fleet due to enemy action and other causes arising from the war, includes William David Snow, refrigerator greaser, of Great Mercury Island, and Verdun Trillo, fourth officer, of 28 Park Road, W elli ngton.
