WOOL APPRAISAL
A catalogue of approximately 8300 babes will be submitted for the second appraisal of the Wanganui wool seaseon, which commences to-day. The total is below that sent forward to the first appraisal last year, when 10,500 bales were submitted. The wool generally is opening up in good condition, light and bright as wool early in the season should be. Appraisers arriving to-day include Messrs. Albert Smith, R. Barlow, C. H. Carlton, R.
