ORDERED TO CLOSE DOWN
TRADER IN SCOTLAND Recd. 8 p-4. Rugby, Oct. 2. Fourteen shops in south-west Scotland owned by Nimmo Garner Napier were closed down for a year under a Court order following the conviction of Napier for the sale of perambulators above the fixed price, and also for false statements regarding the sale of a tricycle. Napier is the first trader ordered to close his business under the Board of Trade regulations. -8.0.W.
