AIR SUPERIORITY
Recd. 11 p.m. New York, Oct. 3. General Arnold, in an interview at Seattle, expressed the opinion that by the end of the year the Allies would have at least Bto 1 air superiority over Germany, possibly 4 to 1. He cautioned: “We still have a long hard row ahead. The Germans are tough and won’t quit. After we are through with them we will still have a job to do in the Pacific.”
