CHURCHILLS IN WASHINGTON
Recd. 6 p.m. London, Sept. 1. A. Washington message reporbs tn at arrival of Mr. and Mrs. Churchill. They will stay at the White House. It is officially stated that the Prime Minister and the President will continue some phases of the conversations begun at. Quebec. The statement adds: “Mr. Churchill’s arrival does not represent the beginning of the story, but the conclusion of one begun in Canada.” Mr. Roosevelt met his gucyts, and is entertaining them to-night at a family dinner party.
