BEER— On Wednesday, September 1, 1943, at Kaponga (suddenly), Emma Jane, widow of the late George William Beer, and mother of William '-y'Beer, of Kaponga; aged 65 years. GIBBS— On September 2, 1943, at his residence, Brice’s Line, Marton, John Henry Gibbs; aged 91 years. Private interment. —A. Cobham and Sons, Funeral Directors, Marton. LOVEGROVE—On September 2, 1943. at the Wanganui Public Hospital, Thomas Henry, dearly beloved husband of Mary Lqvegrove, of No. 7 Liverpol Street, Wanganui, in his 68th year. FUNERAL NOTICE. Friends kindly note that the funeral will leave his late residence, No. 7 Liverpool Street, to-day (Friday, September 3, 1943), at 2.20 p.m., for St. Marj’s Church, Victoria Avenue, for a service commencing at 2.30 p.m., thence to the Aramoho Cemetery.— Dempsey and Sons, Funeral Directors, 144 Victoria Avenue.
