Tawhero Golf Club played the third qualifying round last Saturday. Best scores were:—Ladies: Miss M. McIntyre 86, Mrs. E. Davis 87, Mrs A. Mclntyre 93. Men: B. Mclntyre 88, P. Jackson 88, C. Summers 88. Best net scores in the Aggregate Cups were: Ladies’ Cup: Mrs. L. Russell, 72-70-142; Mrs. E. Davis, 74-68-142; Miss M. Mclntyre. 77-71-148. Men’s Cup: F. G. Ludbrook 66-75-141; D. Gray, 68-73-141; C. Summers. 73-71-144; R. Osman 63-81-144; P. Jackson, 72-74-146; J. Martin, 75-72-147. The dead-heaters will play off.

Those who qualified will play the first round of the championships on Saturday. Following is the draw:—Ladies.—Seniors: Mrs. D. M. Haggie v. Miss M. Mclntyre; Mrs. E. Davis, Mrs. A.
