CAPITULATION TERMS
REPORT ABOUT SIGNING Recd. 6 p.m. London, Aug. 30. It is reported without confirmation that Italy is signing capitulation terms to-day, says the Istanbul correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain. It is also reported that Mr. Churchill postponed his broadcast for two days in order to announce victory over Italy to-morrow.
