ALLEGED PEACE OFFERS DENIED Recd. 6 p.m. London. Aug. 23. Official denial has been published in Helsinki, of the alleged peace offer reported to have been submitted by Mr. Vuori. Mr. Aman, secretary of the Swedish Trade Unions, who arranged th-e meeting at Stockholm between Mr. Vuori and Mr. Deakin, said that neither Mr. Vuori nor Mr. Deakin had been entrusted with Ihe task of opening up peace negotiations. Their meeting was purely of a personal nature. At the same time it is pointed out in Stockholm that Mr. Vuori made no secret of his opinion, which is shared by a majority of Finnish workers that Finland should get out of the
