GIRLS’ COLLEGE EVENTS ! I. BARTRUM SENIOR CHAMPION Two records were broken at the . Wanganui Girls’ College sports held on ; the Wanganui Ease grounds yesterday afternoon. All the events were ; keenly contested and several close •• finishes were recorded. I. Bartrum won the senior championship with 11 points, and J. Bristol ' was runner-up with 10, followed by P. >. Treadwell with six. I. White won the intermediate championship with 10 points. The following were equal with six points: M. Eden, S. Thurston, N. Smith and R. Lee. The junior championship was won by E. Roberlson with 12 points, B. j Yates was runner-up with 7 points,! and S.
