JEWS AND ARABS PROTEST Recd. 1 a.m. Tel Aviv, March 15. Twelve hundred Jewish and Arab officials in the Palestine Government junior service decided not to shave and also hold a stay-in strike until they had received satisfaction of their claim for higher living cost allowances The Government, long before the boards reached patriarchial proportions, intimated that it was considering claims, whereupon the strike was called off.
