MAIN TRUNK DISTRICT APPEALS DECISIONS ANNOUNCED This week the Wanganui Armed Forces Appeal Board sat in Taihape, Hunterville and Marton, and several appeals were heard. In addition the board heard applications for leave from camp. The personnel of the board comprised Messrs. F. Purnell (Marton), chairman. H. Adams (Wanganui), and A. P. Melville (Fordell). Appeals and decisions were: — Taihape.—K. M. Booth, transport driver, appeal by Ryan’s Transport Ltd., dismissed, not to be called before April 30; J. G. Deighton, farmer, personal appeal, adjourned sine die, to remain in Home Guard; F. E. R. Evans, lorry driver, appeal by Brooky Bros., adjourned to April 30; D. S. Fleet, appeal by Gregory and Sons, adjourned sine die. to join Home Guard; J. D. Glover, shepherd, adjourned for one month; D. V. Gresson, farmer, appeal by J. V.
