GUIDES AND SCOUTS

THINKING DAY February 22, the birthday of the chiefs of the Boy Scout Movement, is Thinking Day. It was at the late Chief Scout's request, many years ago, that his and Lady Baden-Powell’s birthdays be known as Thinking Day. On this day Guides and Scouts are specially to remember and think about Guides and Scouts in other lands, and to send them messages of goodwill. Wanganui Guides will hold a service in the Girls’ College Assembly Hall on Sunday afternoon, commencing at. 2.30, which all old Guides, and the general public, are cordially invited to attend.
