TO CROSS ATLANTIC
SAFE PASSAGE GUARANTEED FOR RED GROSS SHIP (Recd. 6.30 p.m.) Rugby, Feb. 2. The first International Red Cross ship, the Caritas, will leave Lisbon today for America with a guarantee of a safe passage from all belligerents, according to a Zurich message. The Caritas will return at the beginning jf March loaded with 4000 tons of relief goods donated by the American and other Red Cross organisations for distribution in Europe to prisoners of war and civilian internees of all nationalities.—B.O.W.
