RAIDED BY R.A.F.

TRONDHEIM POUNDED BY BOMBERS

(Recd. 11.50 p.m.) London, Jan. 27. The R.A.F. heavily raided Trondheim in daylight yesterday, according to messages received from the Norwegian border, says the British United Press correspondent at Stockholm.

Waves of bombers passed over the town for more than six hours, concentrating on the harbour area. Explosions shook windows 60 miles away. The R.A.F. last night raided Lorient.
