STUD SOUTHDOWN SALES.

Two important stud Southdown sales will take place at the Masterton Showgrounds on Thursday, January 21. The first sale will be conducted by Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd. (incorporated in England), in conjunction with Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co., will offer the complete unreserved sale, comprising 240 head of stock on account of Mr. H. R. Falloon, who is on active service. The second sale will be conducted bv Messrs. Dalgety and Co.. Ltd., on behalf of Tlr. I. A. Barnett, comorising 135 m.a. ewes. The whole of the ewe flock, the lambs only be»ng retained. _____________
