“DYNAMITE PENCILS"
(Recd. 10.30 p.m.) London, Jan. < A Zurich message says it is reported from Turin that. A.R.P. authorities warned the population not to touch small metal tubes dropped during R.A.F raids. The tubes are stated to be filled with concentrated dynamite. The authorities named them "dynamite pencils.”
