SOUTHLAND RACING CLUB (P.A.) Invercargill, Jan. 3. The Southland Racing Club's meeting was held on Saturday before a record crowd. The weather was glorious and the track fast. The totalisator turnover was £41,042 10s, against the total of £38,579 for the two days last year. Saturday’s total is believed to be a record for one day in Southland. The attendance was also a record. Results: —
