SEDITION CHARGE

Each is liable to 20 years’ imprisonment and a 10,000-dollars fine. The Judge quoted Leonard Jordan, leader of the movement, as advocating that American negroes should league themselves with Japan in order to achieve racial equality, and also as declaring that Hitler was the greatest man who had ever lived, that England was on the rocks and the United States would soon fall.
