YUGOSLAV PROTEST
GEN. MIKHAILOVITCH AND MARCH OF TIME (Recd. 7 p.m.) Washington, Dec. 14. The Yugoslav Ambassador, Constantin Fotitch, has protested to March ot Time magazine against the statement by Ante Pavelich, former Yugoslav diplomat, that General Mikhailovitch is ‘‘no longer in the Yugoslavian picture.” Fotitch declared that Pavelich is not a prominent authority in Yugoslav politics as described in the March of Time broadcast. Pavelich’s views do that on the eve of the attack on Yugoslav Government and do not correspond with the information received by that Government. Fotitch added that on the eve of the attack on Yuvoslavia Pavelich left his post without authority, and consequently he was dismissed in May. 1941. Fotitch’s letter explained that Pavelich has been assistant in the Yugoslav information centre in New York after leaving Berne.
