A Berne message says that the Madrid correspond p nt of the Berliner Tagblatt says that General Franco and the Spanish Royal Family have completed principal negotiations “for Don Juan's return as King of Spain, but that the date of the restoration is stid uncertain.” Den Juan, the late King Alfonso’s third son, is at present living in L-ausanne. NO TRUTH IN STATEMENT (Recd. 11.15 p.m.) London, Sept. 25. It is learned in London that there is no truth in the statement that negotiations have been completed for the return of Don Juan to Spain.
