DEAD NAZIS IN TANK

(Recd. 7 p.m.) London, July 11. A tank containing five dead Germans overran a British 25-pounder gun position in Egypt. British gunners engaged the tank heavily at 1000-yard range. One shell tore the turret off the tank, which ceased firing but lumbered forward till it crashed into the post, putting it out of action. All the Germans were found dead, with the driver’s body on the controls keeping the tank going.
