JAPS. PERMIT RED CROSS SHIP FOR PRISONERS
(Recd. 10 p.m.) Buenos Aires, May 21. Japan has agreed to permit a Red Cross ship to carry food and medical supplies to the Far East for British prisoners, announced the Foreign Office.
