DAILY INTERCESSION
O God of righteousness and peace, we recommend to Thy counsel and keeping your whole Empire and those allied with us in this tierce struggle for those principles of justice and freedom, that are the rights of mankind. Uphold and strengthen our beloved King and Queen with all their royal household. May Thy Spirit rest upon all in places of responsibility, the men in all the armed forces and the merchant marine at sea, together with the civil population, that their faith and courage fail not. Receive the dying into Thy peace, succour the wounded and distressed, and so govern the sinful hearts and unruly wills ot mankind that the triumph " of Thy Christ may bless the earth.
