MACARTHUR’S STAFF

TWO AUSTRALIANS CHOSEN Melbourne, April 21. The names of two Australians who have been appointed to General MacArthur's Headquarters Staff were announced to-day. The Assistant Chief of Staff is Colonel Charles Stivers (Personnel), Colonel Charles Willoughby I Intelligence), BrigadierGeneral Chamberlain (Operations and Training). The Australians appointed are Colonel H. F. Durant and Lieuten-ant-Colonel Rogers. The key officers on General MacArthur's new headquarters staff served with him in the Philippines.
