RATIONING NEXT MONTH (Recd. 6.30 p.m. ' Chicago. March 21. John Hamm, acting chief of the Office of Price Administration, announced that all sugar sales in the United States will be halted on April 27 for one week, after which a universal rationing system is going into effect. It has not yet been determined whether the weekly individual ration would be half a pound or threequarters of a pound.
