ARREST OF “GUERRILLA LEADER" Rio de Janeiro. March 19. Otto Brautzek. a German Army officer, who is alleged to be the chief of a society of German guerrillas in foreign countries, was arrested today in the round-up of Axis espionage suspects. The police said that incriminating papers were taken Iron' Germans who were arrested, includ ing espionage plans, a German ma, of Brazil, and prohibited photographs.
