A Los Angeles message states that Dr. Evatt. en route to Washington, told the Associated Press of America that he would discuss at the White House “the best methods to knock out f he yellow fellow.” He added: “With General MacArthur leading, the Australians will lick the Japanese and Nazis, but we must have supplies and arms which I know we will get. There is much talk about an offensive, but the Australians in this war have done nothin" but take the offensive.” Dr. Evatt and Mr. Casev to-night left Los Angelas by plane for Washington. Washington officials say that Mr. Roosevelt will receive Dr. Evatt within two hours after his arrival, ._ .
