REGENT THEATRE
Two excellent films screen at the Regent Theatre to-day. The main film. "Sailors on Leave." concerns tlnactivities of shipmates to marry off ' one of their number so that he will ' inherit, a large sum of money. Most of the sailors have a very real per- . sonal interest in the matter because o." happenings at one port of call, and they see to il that a marriage takes , place. The star players are William Lundigan and Shirlev Ross. The associate film is “The P ; - Boss ” starring Otto Kruger and Gloria Lickson. The film lolls the story of a fearless governor's gallant battle against chain- ) gang slavery in his Stalo. Directed by j Charles Barton from the story by Howard J.
