LACK OF ( RUDE FOR TYRES Washington March 5. The extreme seriousness of the rubber situation was emphasised by Mr. Leon Henderson, the Prime Administrator and Director of Civilian Supnlv when he told a Senate Con|mittee that not a single pound of crude rubber would be available for new tyres or retreads on upwards of 30,000.000 private cars in the United States.
