AVIATION WORKERS’ ALL-OUT EFFORT

(Recd. 5.5 p.m.) Washington, Dec. 19 The War Department has been advised that the employees of the North American aviation plant at Inglewood. California, have requested permission from the management to work overtime without pay in order to make up lost production resulting from the air alarm blackouts of last week. The department was also told that the union's grievance committees have been disbanded, and that the managemnet had been asked to wash out all pending complaints and to consider that they had not been presented.
