ALLEGEDLY GERMAN AGENT (Rec- 5.5 p.m.) Washington, Dec. 19 The aviatrix Laura Ingalls the firs', woman to complete an east to west non-stop trans-Continental flight h.is been arraigned on a charge of failiue to register as a foreign agent. She allegedly violated the Registration Act by being a paid agent of the German Government.
