Wanganui bowling clubs arc mosily equipped with electric mowers for the greens. Country bowling and tennis clubs and private owners will be obliged to return to manual mowers. The Wanganui City Council's petrol allocation ha< been reduced by oncthii I. but sufficient is expected to be available, as a result of economies to continue the use of motor-mowers for urgent works on parks and reserves where electric mowers are not in us*.
