Staff Corps, is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Lieutenant-Colonel R. S. McQuarrie D. 5.0.. M.C.. 2nd. Field Regiment. N.Z. Artillery, to bo Lieutenant - Colonel (temp.), and is appointed Area Commander. Area No. 8. New Plymouth. Lieutenant - Colon"! Hemp. Colonel) R. A. Row. D. 5.0.. N.Z. Staff Corps resumes command of the Northern Field Force. Auckland Lieutenant-Colonel (temp. Colonel’ L. G. Goss, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Colonel General Staff. Army Headquarters, and the temporary rank of Colonel on being seconded to the 2nd. N.Z. Expeditionary Force. Major (temp. Colonel) D. E. Bromner. M.C.. N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes command of the Nori hern Field Force. Auckland, is appointed to command a brigade. Northern Military District, and retains the temporary rank of Colonel while so employed. Lieutenant-Colonel (temp. Colonel) S. D. Mason C.8.E.. E.D., is struck off the strength of the 2nd. N.Z. Expeditionary Force, is reposted to the N.Z Temporary Staff with the rank of Lieut ■nant-Colonei. and assumes the appointment of Camp Commandant. Mobolisatinn Camp, Burnham (temp.) Major (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) C. C. Muscroft-Taylor, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of General Staff Officer. Ist. Grade. Central Military District, is appointed to command the Central Fortress Area Wellington, and retains the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel while so employed.
