The New South Wales Government has decided that air-raid shelters must 1 be provided without delay in all build-1 ings where more than 30 persons work or live. lhe removal of patients from hospitals in Sydney will begin this week. About three-quarters of the patients will be moved, some to homes and others to hospitals in other parts or lhe Stale. This will make beds available if there should be an air raid. Mr. Lawson. The railways will be administered by the War Railways Committee. Mr. Lawson said the action would provide for complete co-ordination between the Army and the Transport I Department.
