PAST YEAR'S ACTIVITY KEMEWED BY ANNUAL REPORT. The past year's activity is reviewed in the report ot the Wanganui Chamber of Commerce, which will be presented at the annual meeting on Monday, next. The report states: “It is worthy of record that the Chamber of Commerce examinations conducted last November at the Wanganui Technical College, by co-opera-tion of the director and staff of the college, were an unqualified success, the entries constituting a record. The results were eminently satisfactory and the students who participated deserve the congratulations which they received on the public presentation of certificates made by the president anti the Mayor. Altogether 65 awards were made and there cannot be any doubt but that the recipients will find the value of these awards when they enter the business and professional careers for which they are studying.
