BRITISH MESSAGE TO MOSCOW (Recd. 6.30 p.m.) Rugby, Sept. 27. A number of messages of greetings, encouragement and respect have been sent to Moscow from Britain to synchronise with a mass youth meeting which is being held there on Sunday
