ESPIONAGE ALLEGED GERMAN COLRT-MARTIAL HELD. London. Aug. 11. The Germans executed three Norwegians on a charge of establishing an espionage organisation in Norway for the transmission of information to Britain, reports the Norwegian TeleAgency.
