INCREASED CONSUMPTION NEED FOR STRICTER SUPERVISION Auckland, Aug. 12. "We shall have to keep a strict hand on the supplies of stout,” remarked the chairman of the Auckland Hospital Board. Mr. Allan J. Moody, at the board meeting, when a return of the quantities of stimulants used in one month was presented. He said there had been 151 bottles of stout issued at the hospital compared with 57 for the corresponding period last year. “That is too high,” continued the chairman. “It has been a very hot summer, remarked Mr. J.
